Why?
It is essential to gain customer trust in our product and try to ensure merchants are adhering to our terms and conditions, so we have put in place a verification process.
Verified
Merchants will be required to become verified within 2 months of registering with SyncFu. We make the assessment based on our knowledge of their brand, due diligence, certification, our discretion and their agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Un-verified
Un-verified merchants will be able to use the widget as per our terms and conditions, but all buyers will see a warning on the widget signified by a yellow warning triangle icon . If a merchant is Unverified the buyer must make their own assessment of whether they trust them or not. We advise buyers never to take risks on merchants they don’t know or are not totally happy with.
Merchant Refusal/Disqualification
How a merchant can be refused or disqualified:
Not a valid company in their respective country.
Not following or agreeing with terms and conditions.
Publishing inaccurate information about the sale item or process within the widget.
A level of customer complaint or customer abuse from the merchant.
Not carrying out the agreed transaction as per their own Terms and Conditions, including final price, delivery, returns and other charges.
Selling any of our banned products or services, please check our Terms and Conditions.
If we cannot verify them by our standard methods.
If there is anything in their policies with which we do not agree with.
Refused certification from one of our site verification agencies.
Anything we deem not in line with our business model or processes.
